WhERE IS home?

Home is where young and old gather to share memories and good times. I come from a family with strong traditions and our gatherings are often centered around the kitchen preparing food, sharing drinks and having laughs. 

As a young child I can remember my grandfather tending to his rose garden and my grandmother cooking home cooked meals everyday. Having fresh flowers in the house was a must. I can still remember the fragrances of beautiful roses and the aroma of authentic meals throughout the house.  A home is what you make it. A place to love, a place to laugh, a place to be at peace. It is my passion helping people from all walks of life find a place to call home.

WHO AM I?

Patricia Arias is a Southern California Relator with over 20 years experience working in residential sales throughout the West Coast. She is a long time resident of Los Angeles, California, and a mother of four. Her career in real estate has enabled her to find a pleasant balance between family and work. She has a bachelors degree in communications from California State University, Fullerton, with former experience in television news. Her communication background combined with her strong negotiation skills makes her the ideal agent to help you sell or buy a property. Patricia became a realtor to share her passion for home life, family traditions, and helping others find a place to call home.
